Deb Ahlgrim received her Music Education degree from Northern Illinois University with a choral concentration. She has been teaching private voice and piano lessons for the past 9 years. Mrs. Ahlgrim sang with the Bach Chamber Choir for 2 years. She served as a choral judge for District 9 IMEA Auditions. She has professionally taught general and choral music at Elementary and Middle School levels. Mrs. Ahlgrim also created and directed a community Children’s Choir. 

Currently Mrs. Ahlgrim is a member of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), and the Illinois Music Education Association (ILMEA). A Glenbard East alumna herself, Mrs. Ahlgrim has been actively involved as a voice performer for the past 15 years. 
Fees for voice and/or piano lessons are $33 for a 45 minute lesson, or $22 for a 30 minute lesson, meeting once weekly. Payment for the full month is due at the beginning of each month.
